A stay in our cosy retro home will leave you and your family feeling refreshed and relaxed. A short stroll to shops, beach, tavern, and tennis courts, this well presented, clean two storey home sleeps up to ten people and is suitable for two families. PET FRIENDLY ON REQUEST – PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED Pet friendly for small dogs only, non-shedding. The space Magnificent ocean views from the balcony looking North, East and South towards Lake Cathie Beach and Bonny Hills with the Dunbogan headland in the background. The house spread over two levels the upper level has the main living, kitchen, lounge, and dining areas with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground level includes sleeping for up to six people, a kitchenette and third bathroom. Fully fenced in back yard, a driveway with plenty of off-street parking and double car garage. Linen provided. Please note:- For bookings of 4 or less people, only bedrooms 1 & 2 will be accessible. Access to bedroom 3 may be considered with special requests made prior to check in. All bookings of 5 or more people are for the entire house, so the space is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. Four guests and under will not have access to the downstairs bedroom however all other rooms and the house are exclusively yours. For bookings in the colder months, we have gas heating in the upstairs living area and a separate bar heater in the downstairs bedroom. We hope you love the property as much as we do. A strict no-party policy applies, keep our neighbors happy. If a booking is accepted and then found to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.
