Large house in a gated community with swimming pool

Two-story house with Wi-Fi, fully furnished, porcelain floor. 1 suite with a/c. 1 bathroom/fully equipped kitchen/sofa that turns into a bed/50-inch TV with access only to YouTube and Netflix/1 buffet with extra dishes/2 hammocks in the outdoor area/washing machine/1 parking space (subject to availability). In the Condominium: 24-hour security/adult and children's pool/barbecue We have plenty of green areas and fruit trees in the condominium The house is 3.5 km from the historic center The space Modesty aside, I love my house and the energy it has! It is a well-ventilated and bright space, with lots of greenery around and every day I wake up with the birds singing. I love to enjoy moments in the hammock and take in the view of the garden. It's a very quiet and familiar place, but I always have dinners with music and respecting the time limit, get-togethers are very welcome! The open kitchen provides interaction with the dining room and outdoor area, where I like to set the dining table on very hot days. (Always good to be careful with the rain and not let the table and chairs get wet). Guest access The house has 1 parking space at the entrance and depending on the volume of people in the condominium, it is possible to leave a second car in the visitors' parking space. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet for walking and there is a river at the end of the street where you can bathe. There is a market, wine cellar, pharmacy, bakery, gym, and produce market less than 200 meters from the house, and 6 km towards Cunha, there are two wonderful waterfalls (Jamaica well and Tarzan well). There are many stills in the region, it's worth checking out! There are many beach options, both in the RJ and São Paulo directions. During your stay I will not be available for communication except from 04/25 to 04/26. But there will be a person in charge throughout the period if you need anything! Other things to note I live in the house and we will share spaces such as the kitchen and the living and dining room. I don't have a conventional oven, but I have a brand new airfryer that also has an oven function, which is free for use :) The washing machine is also available. The house is approximately 4 km from the historic center.
