Welcome to a small cozy nest, in a quiet mountain hamlet, eco-comfortable with warm colours and materials. Located between 2 massifs, the apartment enjoys a magnificent view of Belledonne on the kitchen side and the Chartreuse on the living room side. The apartment, independent, is located in an old house, completely renovated with quality materials, surrounded by a large wooded courtyard. You will also enjoy a garden area with views of the forest and the mountain. The space You will enter the apartment through the kitchen area - dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster... wooden table, 4-6 people, wooden table), bright and colorful. You have a separate living room with 2-seater convertible sofa (which can be used as a second bedroom), and gives access to a bathroom with toilet. A beautiful wooden staircase, located in the kitchen, leads to a mezzanine bedroom, cozy and warm with a 160 CM double bed. It is possible to add an extra bed on request. Guest access Ideally located in the heart of the Belledonne massif, the apartment is 15 minutes from the 7 Laux resorts (Prapoutel and Pipay) with in winter: ski slopes, snowparks, cross-country skiing, snowshoes; and in summer: swimming pool, archery, hiking, downhill cycling, summer sledding on rails... You will also be 15 minutes from the Col du Barrioz (Grand Domaine) where you can enjoy a wonderful cross-country skiing and hiking area with a breathtaking view of the entire chain of the Belledonne massif on arrival. Also 5 minutes walk from the village of Theys, you will find all amenities ( bakery, butcher, deli, grocery store, tea room, cafes, restaurants, tobacco press, doctors, pharmacy...) and the walk between forest and fields to the sound of the stream is very pleasant. In addition, in winter, a shuttle bus can drop you off in Prapoutel. Other things to note Breakfast on request 8 euros per person.
