Welcome to a cozy little nest, in a quiet mountain hamlet, eco-comfortable with warm colors and materials. Located between 2 massifs, the apartment has a beautiful view of Belledonne on the kitchen side and the Chartreuse on the living room side. The independent apartment is in an old house, completely renovated with quality materials, surrounded by a large courtyard with trees. You will also enjoy a garden area with forest and mountain views. The space You will enter the apartment through the kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction cooktop, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster... wooden table for 4-6 people), bright and colorful. You have a separate living room with a 2-seater sofa bed (which can serve as a second bedroom), and gives access to a bathroom with toilet. A beautiful wooden staircase, located in the kitchen, leads to a cozy and warm mezzanine bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. It is possible to add an extra bed on request. Guest access Ideally located in the heart of the Belledonne massif, the apartment is located 15 minutes from the resorts of Les 7 Laux (Prapoutel and Pipay) with in winter: downhill skiing, snowpark, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing; and in summer: swimming pool, archery, hiking, downhill biking, summer tobogganing on rails... You will also be 15 minutes from the Col du Barrioz (Grand Domaine) where you can enjoy a wonderful cross-country skiing and hiking area with stunning views of the entire Belledonne mountain range upon arrival. Also a 5-minute walk from the village of Theys, you will find all amenities (bakery, butcher shop, delicatessen, grocery store, tea room, cafés, restaurants, newsstand, doctors, pharmacy...) and the walk between forest and fields to the sound of the stream is very pleasant. In addition, in winter, a shuttle can drop you off in Prapoutel. Other things to note Breakfast on request 8 euros per person.
