Clean and Bright Apartment, Gorgeous Yard & Pool

This spacious one bedroom apartment is located in a quiet and tranquil local neighborhood. Super clean, huge flat yard and big above ground pool. Great for a couple or small family. There is a queen bed and a day bed. Easy access to numerous bars and restaurants in Añasco and a quick 15 minute drive to the famous downtown plaza and surfing beaches of Rincon. BBQ grill and ample common areas. Kitchenette and work from home space. AC and generator. Pets allowed for additional fee. The space This apartment is a large one bedroom unit with a private bath (shower only) and large kitchen and dining space. The living room has two sofas, a smart TV, AC, desk area for work and looks out onto the large yard and garden space. The bedroom is very cool and private, two large closets, a queen bed and AC. There is an additional sofa day bed in the common area which can sleep one adult or two children comfortably. The kitchen currently has a mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave and 4 settings of plates, bowels and silverware. There is a 2 burner gas stovetop and sink. Guests are also welcome to use the outside BBQ grill. Our bathroom is spacious with a huge shower. The shower heater is an on-demando eco-heater system. The property is completely gated but parking is on the street. Our street is a quiet dead end road with only 4 houses. The yard is expansive and open for guests to use. There is a large, well maintained, clean above ground pool for guest use. This house does have a generator for power outage situations as well as a well for water outage situations - HOWEVER, we DO NOT guarantee power and water if there is an area wide outage. We do everything in our power to ensure that our guests are not affected by the frequent outages caused by the poor infrastructure, however no refunds will be give for power and water outages I that are beyond our control. There is a second apartment above this rental but it is seldom occupied and is only used by friends and family. There will not be other AirBnB guests on site. Our neighborhood is local and friendly, centrally located to Rincon, Anasco and Mayaguez. The closest beach access is a 5 minute drive to Playa Tres Hermanos in Anasco. Rincon town plaza is 15 minutes drive and the surfing beaches in Rincon are a 25 minute drive. Guest access Guests have access to the carport with hammocks, seating area and BBQ grill. The pool is available for guests as well as the large yard. Parking is free and on-street. Other things to note Pets are allowed with a maximum weight limit of 35 lbs. There is an additional pet fee of $25 per night. If there is a pet on property that is not approved prior to arrival we will assess a pet fee of $250.
