The space This neo-traditional villa has three bedrooms and a two bedroom annex with en-suite bathrooms, large common indoor spaces, semi- functional kitchen and multiple balconies and patios with spacious outdoor areas. Other features include: - Fast and free WiFi. - Generator power backup. - A property manager who will be available on call and on-site if need be. - A friendly and warm caretaker who will be available to cater to your needs. Be rest assured that we will let you enjoy your privacy. He also sets up BBQs on demand. - CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas to ensure security. - Complimentary breakfast is included. - Ayurvedic massages and treatments on prior request ( for an extra charge) Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire property but make sure to limit your interactions with the neighbours. We only accept one booking at a time, so you wont have to share the space with another person or group. Other things to note - The road to the property is tricky and narrow so make sure to contact us so that we can help you navigate because maps will confuse you. - The beach is semi-private and accessible. However, the sea tends to dangerous at certain times of the year so make sure to check with our manager before you plan to take a dip. - We do not have a lifeguard. - We do not provide meals other than breakfast. Our guests usually order in through Swiggy, Zomato and Potafo. Plenty of restaurants deliver to us. - Make sure to bring your own groceries if you are planning to cook. - Let us know in advance if you have any queries or special needs.
