5 km from Orleans center, at the gates of Sologne, I rent a room upstairs in my house. In low season, ideal for remote working, an internship or studies, the room is equipped with a desk, the Wi-Fi is efficient. Note that a second bedroom can be rented via another listing. The space Upstairs on the landing, you have a bedroom, shower room, bathroom and separate toilet. Note that a second guest room can be rented on the same floor. The room is equipped with a 140 x 190 bed, desk and armchair, bedside lamp on small shelf, clothes shelves, large mirror, luggage rack and coat hooks. Linens and towels are included in the service. I provide a travel cot for babies on request. A fridge is available to guests on the landing. On the ground floor, you can use the kitchen and all its elements, kitchen shared with the owners. You can have your meals in the dining room or in the veranda (depending on the season because it is not heated). In low season, this place is ideal for teleworking, an internship or studies, the room is equipped with a desk, the wifi is efficient. In high season, you can enjoy the heated and covered swimming pool between mid-May and mid-September. Relax under the palm trees and enjoy the landscaped garden. I live in a private area on the ground floor. The living room is also private. Guest access Cars, vans... park for free on the street in front of the house or behind, in a small parking lot. Motorcycles can be parked in my closed yard. Bicycles can be stored in my basement. A bus stop serving the center of Orléans is located 150 meters from the house. During your stay I am available to tell you the places to visit around Orléans as well as in Sologne up to Chambord. If you are a fan of long walks, I can also point you to walks in quiet or tourist spots according to your wishes.
