I offer a small quiet studio (no adjoining) in a quiet area, 200 m from the metro (15 min from the center of Lille). The property is completely new and was created from a garage located on my land, with a small independent terrace. My house is a 1930s house typical of the North. You may have a visit from my cat ;-) The space 15 m2 studio, one room with a bed (sofa bed, Dunlopillo mattress) + a bathroom with toilet sink and shower. Guest access The metro is at the end of the street (200 meters). Parking is in the blue zone. The authorized parking time is limited to 1 hour and 30 minutes, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
