Both offer all the amenities to arrive and feel good in this city. We rent out our condo for short-term living as part of a "work-related change" of residence from 31 nights. Whether it's a quick take-away or a chic meal in the area, you can also live very well and cozy at home. The space COZY APARTMENT IN JOSEFSTADT After climbing a few stairs you will reach our apartment on the 4th and last floor (without elevator). The apartment is divided as follows: 1 courtyard-facing bedroom (with double bed, clothes rack, small (desk)table, chest of drawers) 1 living room with dining area (sofa, coffee table, dining table for 4 people, TV) and access to the west-facing balcony (sunset - blinds) Aisle (with integrated box and additional storage space) 1 bathroom (with bathtub with shower facility, washbasin, towel rail, etc.) 1 toilet 1 kitchen (with stove, dishwasher, washer / dryer, microwave, refrigerator with small cooling compartment, kettle, Nespresso machine and milk frother and much more) Balcony (seating for the warm season) We have given the apartment a facelift, partly with vintage furniture (oak bed, bedside tables and desk) and partly with completely new parts (comfortable sofa, dining table with armchairs, gray chest of drawers, TV ...) that reflect life and should make living as comfortable as possible. The doors, the bathroom with toilet and the very functional built-in box (see photo) are appropriate to the age of the house.
