The studio apartment can be rented on its own as "Panorama Studio" The space A large artists studio overlooking the renovated medieval stone village of Colletta with a huge terrace. Colletta was abandoned in the 1950s and then resurrected in the 1990s. It is surrounded by olive groves and mountains to 1700m, with excellent walking, climbing (Oltre Finale!) and mountain biking. The bright lights of the Italian riviera are only 20 minutes down the valley! A large second room next to the studio is available either as a dormitory for 6 extra people or as a work space for teleworking or the creation and/or display of art or other creative works. Other things to note The paths through the village are rocky and rough and not suitable for those who may fall. There are stairs. Please note that the local community is considering introducing a tourist tax of €1 per person per day. This has not yet started, but it may come into effect during 2025.
