House of 80 square meters. Ideal for 5 people. It is located in the residential area of San Rafael. Super safe . It has a churrasquera,patio and pool. An ideal place to spend the day with your family and friends. They can easily be moved to downtown places, to the tourist places, and to the Sanfaelina night. All our guests have rated us 5 stars. It is a new department to which we are adding more things to month by month. The space Spacious, comfortable, ideal for family. It has ALL THE amenities and accessory needed for a nice stay. We have WiFi , Netflix and Directv. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It does not have the daily cleaning service, as I consider it unfair that everyone has to pay that charge when many can do it themselves. But if you wish, a person will be available to charge you for hours. Guest access common areas the patio Other things to note The apartment is on ground floor, is 80 square meters, and apart from the patio. There is a room of 3x3 and another little room where the bunk bed or bed is, the bathroom is quite comfortable , and the rest of the square meters are in the living area. There are 2 TVs one with directv and the other with Netflix. The pool is 5 long x 3 wide x 1.6 deep (approx). Both the pool and the churrasquera and the courtyard are mainly for tourist use, which does not mean that when you are not in the home we can use or clean it, just like this is discussed with the tourist.
