La Viajera is a vacation home located in Guanarteme: a quiet residential neighbourhood in Las Palmas. You will feel the silence and the calm of living in the outskirts, being, really, 8 minutes on foot of the wonderful urban beach of Las Canteras and right next to commercial and restaurant areas. The space La Viajera has 160 square meters of enjoyment and comfort, you will feel at home ... or better! La Viajera is a house located in the quiet neighbourhood of Guanarteme. As you enter, you’ll find a bright hall leading to the kitchen with a fully equipped island, which then communicates with the dining room. At the end of the hall, is the entrance to the house of the hosts (totally independent of La Viajera). On the upper floor there’s a large living room divided into two levels, perfect for watching TV, enjoying with family of the different board games available, reading or listening to music. There's a bathroom and two double bedrooms, great for a couple and families with children. The main bedroom has a table perfect for remote working and leads to the walking closet. Finally, on the roof terrace we have the jewel of the house: a large terrace ready to be enjoyed. It is equipped with comfortable armchairs and tables (perfect for breakfasts under the sun), two hammocks where you can sunbathe, an outdoor shower, laundry room, artificial grass and a fountain: this space will help you rest after a day of sightseeing in our wonderful city. Thanks to the silence and the tranquility, you’ll feel as if you were in a rural house, being, in fact, in one of the most important downtown areas of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Guest access You can relax on the private terrace after a day at the beach, where the only sound you will hear is the soft sound of the fountain. My accommodation is good for business travelers and families (with children). In case of refusal, by virtue of the right of admission, entry may be denied.
