Casa Condor is located in the beautiful Villa Blanca, often referred to as the Baby Grand or Wedding Cake. This building is admired for it's architectural design and organic lines by architect, Diego Mendez de la Penas. Here, from Casa Condor, you can stroll to the best clubs, restaurants and shops; sitting just above Los Muertos Beach and the famous Blue Chair resort. The condo is located on the third floor of the building (no elevator.) We can arrange assistance with your luggage, if needed. Guest access Common areas: Rooftop deck, wading pool Other things to note Casa Condor FAQ's 1. Is there an elevator in the building? No, there is no elevator. There are steps up to the ground floor, where the dipping pool is. And then the condo is two floors up from there. So, three floors all together. If you need assistance with your luggage, our Concierge or another staff member can assist you. 2. Can the condo accommodate more than two people? No, the condo only has one bedroom with a king size bed. There are no accommodations for additional guests to overnight in the condo. 3. Do I need to tip any of the staff members? No, tips are not required or expected. However, Angelina (the housekeeper) does come every day, so if you wish to leave her a little something, it would be greatly appreciated. 4. Does the condo have a view of the beach? No, there is no view of the beach. The view is of the lush jungle outside the condo building. All the windows open directly onto the greenery. Also, the rooftop deck is open to all guests and has a sweeping view of the Bay of Banderas. There is a barbecue up there, chaise lounges, and chairs for sitting. 5. How far is the condo building from the beach? It is one block up for the beach. You can either go down about 50 steps or go around the corner and be there in less than five minutes. 6. Is the condo noisy at night? The condo building is on a relatively quiet street and there is not a lot of traffic noise. However, there are a couple of clubs nearby that do play music in the evening. Generally, the music stops by 11 PM at night. Also, there are sound reducing curtains in the bedroom that muffles most sound. 7. Can I view the condo ahead of time before I commit to booking it? Unfortunately, our condo is very popular and we are frequently booked and cannot make the condo available for viewing. However, please look at our pictures, check out our reviews, and ask us any questions that you may have. 8. Can I swim in the dipping pool? No, the swimming pool is for wading or dipping-but is not large enough to do laps! 9. Can I do laundry in the condo or the building? We do not have laundry facilities in the condo or the building. However, the neighborhood has laundry services available for a very reasonable price. 10. Is there a TV or music system in the condo? Yes, there is a "smart TV" in the master bedroom, but not in the living area. Also, there are both Bluetooth speakers and a radio in the condo. 11. What type of beach equipment is there? We provide beach towels, a beach bag, and a beach chair. Along the beach there are many concessions that have lounge chairs, umbrellas, and refreshments.
