Fantastic penthouse next to the cathedral

A 120 m2 penthouse, newly renovated in 2024, facing the cathedral. Two bedrooms (one quadruple and one double), a bathroom and a toilet, all exterior and with incredible views of Granada. A large living-dining room and kitchen. All facilities are designed and equipped according to high standards of comfort, quality, and service (dim lighting, mechanized blinds/shutters, remote control, triple glazed windows, walk-in shower with rain and waterfall effect). The space The large rectangular terrace is a true watchtower from which to enjoy the city, with endless views to the horizon of mountains that surround the province of Granada in any direction, covering 320º in width. In a single view, you can enjoy the Torre de la Vela (Alhambra), the Sierra Nevada in all its extension, and the Cathedral; it's hard to find such views in Granada. It has an ingenious layout that will surprise you. The bathroom+toilet has a separate toilet with double access from the bathroom and the hallway. The bathroom can be accessed directly from the bedroom or through the hallway. The apartment, recently renovated in 2024, has been designed for maximum comfort, with special concern for energy efficiency and sustainability. Therefore, all lighting can be adjusted in intensity to find the optimal point of comfort at all times. The lights, blinds, and shades can be adjusted via remote control for added convenience. The new triple-glazed windows are large, with extreme light input, and together with the interior glass in the hallway, or the super panoramic window in the kitchen, they allow you to make the most of the house's excellent orientation (east, south and west), making the penthouse a space where you can take advantage of natural light throughout the day. The two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen have clear views of the city without sacrificing privacy, as there are no other buildings nearby at that height. In the bathroom, the large shower has a generous window overlooking the west of the city (including Venetian blinds if you want more privacy). It has niches with LED lighting and an incredible thermostatic shower with a ceiling sprayer for rain and waterfall effects. The bathroom is completed with double sinks, a fabulous illuminated mirror, a magnifying mirror, and a high-definition sound system with Bluetooth, Spotify, and YouTube connection to enjoy the best music. The Japanese-style toilet uses water from the sink to fill the tank, making sustainable use of water. This toilet incorporates a bidet with heated seat, temperature regulation, water position and intensity, dryer, deodorant and disinfectant through UV. Also noteworthy are the amenities and furnishings in the common areas. The living room has two large white synthetic leather chaise longue sofas and a huge dining table for 8 people. The same happens on the terrace, with another large table that also allows 8 seats. The 50” smart TV in the living room has satellite signal. The bedrooms are very spacious and bright, with very comfortable mattresses and desks. Bedroom #1 SUITE has a 180 cm bed (possibility of separating it into two 90 cm beds) and a second 150 cm double bed, with beautiful views of the western part of the city and en-suite access to the bathroom. Bedroom #2 KING has a TV and access to a balcony with a small table and two chairs to enjoy the views of the Cathedral and Sierra Nevada in private. This #2 KING bedroom has a huge 210 cm wide bed (even bigger than the king size!). Requests for a crib (with enough space in the two bedrooms) and two double sofa beds in the living room are accepted.
