We have temporarily relocated; so we’re opening our home to host others who may need a home away from home. Perfect for a family of 4-5 but can also accommodate two families. Our home was built in 1924, we purchased it in 2015 and then spent 3 years working with council and neighbours to come up with a renovation that was sensitive to the heritage overlay. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan living spaces opening up to a larger outdoor entertaining area. The space The master has a king bed and panoramic windows across the front garden through plantation shutters, a double walk in robe and a designer ensuite with twin showers, full height terrazzo tiles, custom timber joinery, and brown bronze finishes to match the heritage hardware. The front formal lounge is used as a 4th bedroom with a pillow top queen size bed, lounge, TV, rocking chair, kids reading nook with bean bags. The 2nd bedroom is a single bedroom with a trundle bed under, a built in desk and robe. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a built in desk and robe. The kids bathroom has a full size stone bath, full size shower with roof mounted shower rose, custom vanity. The lounge room has two 3+ seater lounges, two desks, kids play area, 60 inch LG smart tv. The laundry has a bosch self dosing washing machine and condensing dryer and double trough. The dining space has large 6 seater dining table and a small 6ft pool table. The kitchen has a 900mm French door fridge, 900mm Bosch range hood, induction cooktop, and oven and a Buttler style panty which hosts the integrated dishwasher. Outside is a Weber sprint BBQ, 6 seater table, festoon lights for evenings, an outdoor play set suitable for children under 4, a sand pit. Guest access Most of the house is accessible to guests. The only exceptions are - garage - rear studio at the back of the garage, as this is also being used for storage. Other things to note The heating and cooling is ducted, please remember to turn this off as you leave the house. Rubbish collection is on the curb side on Wednesday nights. Please place them out and return them once empty. The lights on the deck are set to a timer. The blinds to the living and dining room are controlled on a remote. Please return them to the closed position (press ch, 0, down arrow) when you leave the house as this protects the timber floor from being damaged by the sun.
