Welcome to my bright spacious two-bedroom semi-detached house near the City Centre, 1.5 miles from Edinburgh Zoo and a 3 minute walk from a 24-hour Tesco Supermarket and Petrol Station. This beautiful house boasts extensive living space with French doors opening up to connect the kitchen, dining room, living room and garden. Recently refurbished, redecorated and re-carpeted this fully equipped house is an ideal stay for anyone looking for space. Wi-Fi, Netflix and private driveway. The space Living Room This newly decorated, spacious living room opens directly into the dining room through French doors. There is an electric coal effect fire, sofas, coffee table, Freeview TV, DVD player, selection of DVDs, HDMI connection point and plug sockets with USB charging points. Kitchen This kitchen is well suited to any foodie, with plenty of equipment and space. Newly fitted fully equipped kitchen with slated floor. There is a built-in fridge freezer, oven and gas hob, washing machine, microwave, ceramic sink, double toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender, crepe machine and toastie machine. There is plenty of kitchen ware and utensils, so you should be able to cook up a storm! Dining Room The dining room offers a large social space with French doors opening into the living room and another set to the back garden. There is a large dining table that can easily accommodate 8 people with plenty of dinner ware available. Smart TV with Netflix. Speakers for iPhones. Bedroom 1 Located on the 1st floor and overlooking the front garden, this room has a large and a small window allowing for plenty of light. Double mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside drawers supply ample storage space. Electric blanket with two separate controls. Smart TV with DVD machine. Bedroom 2 Also located on the 1st floor, this room overlooks the back garden. There is a large window which lets plenty of light in. This room has a single wardrobe, bedside drawers, desk/dressing table and chair. This room can be moved around to accommodate a travel cot. Bathroom Located on the 1st floor, there is a bath, newly fitted shower with additional rainfall head, sink and toilet. A small opaque window allows for plenty of light whilst ensuring privacy. Outdoor Space The house is accessed through a private driveway into the front garden. You can access the back garden through the dining room. This good-sized garden is in need of some TLC and has a “natural” look to it. Plenty of work still to be done, however you are able to access, there is a grass lawn, table and chairs for 4. The back garden is relatively shielded from any on looking houses so if you are lucky enough to get the sun you can relax outside. Guest access Entire house.
