Near Bushkill Falls, Shawnee Ski Resort Saw Creek Estates offer many amenities which are free to our guests. Indoor/outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center, private lake with paddle boats, hot tub, and a ski hill are just some of the many activities that await you. In 2024, we built a new front porch and a back concrete patio to let our guests enjoy the space comfortably. The space Rarely used house located inside Saw Creek Estates. Princess bedroom with a bunk bed Boys bedroom with a queen size bed. 1 1/2 baths Downstairs, a futon by the TV area for additional sleeping capacity. 1 car garage(garage is not available for guests). 3 car driveway. Large front yard. Located on the main road inside Saw Creek Estates (Decker Road) near the front gate to the community. Walking distance to VIP outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basket ball courts, baseball field and children's playgrounds. Saw Creek Estates is also the home of 'Top of the World' which includes a restaurant and sports bar. Kindly note that the hot tub is located in the community by the top of the world restaurant. It is less than 5 mins from the house. Please look up Saw Creek Estates online and you would find additional details as to the many amenities this community has to offer. We do offer up to 6 free amenity passes for all our guests to be used during your entire stay. If you need additional passes, those could be purchased from the main office located near our house (less than 2 minutes by foot). Guest access Free Wi-Fi available to all our guests. Located within a short drive from Decker Road are many attractions and activities to enrich your vacation. Upon arriving, our guests will find informational brochures on many of the local attraction, such as: Bushkill Falls, Shawnee Ski Resort, Camel Back Ski Resort and Water Park, Shawnee Playhouse, The Crossings Outlets, Route 209 Flea Market, Caesar's Palace, Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, Historic Milford, McDade Recreational Trail and the Indian Museum just to name a few. The beauty of Pocono Mountains provides a perfect backdrop for year-round activities. We have found the Bushkill area to be the perfect get-away location. Whether tubing or skiing in the winter, hiking in the fall and spring, or rafting and canoeing in the summer. Each season there are many local festivals and community events to keep you entertained. Other things to note No reservation will be accepted without signing the seasonal rental agreement with the owner. Guests are required to submit a copy of their government issued ID at the time of signing the seasonal rental agreement. Note: Season rental agreement and ID copy are required by the Saw Creek Community Association and Township for security of other residents. All information is kept confidential.
