The beds and furniture are new. The kitchen has appliances and dishes for guests to use. There are 3 parking spaces, 2 under roofs, plenty for all guests. !! Please note that the floor is shared with other guests!! Guest access The house is within walking distance to convenience stores, markets, and several restaurants and bars. But if you own a car, you are within driving distance of almost EVERYTHING from convenience stores to supermarkets to restaurants. Other things to note Although we are a quiet family, the walls and ceilings provide mediocre insulation, so it might get a little bit noisy during the weekend days. However, weekdays and nights should be very quiet.
