Wild Rose Farm is a historic, antique farmhouse in a suburban setting close to Route 1 in Falmouth. The main house has 3 queen suites with additional beds as needed. This farmhouse is perfect for a family or friend getaway. This listing is for the whole farmhouse + barn. Small events may be allowed with prior approval. Please inquire FMI The space Wild Rose Farm is an 1806 farmhouse in Falmouth, Maine, a close suburb to Portland. The house has many classic details such as older steep stairways blended with an updated kitchen and updated bathrooms. The main floor has a library, a living room, a breakfast room, and a gourmet kitchen. In the barn, there is a pool table, lounge area, pinball machine and 85'inc TV above a roaring fireplace. Access to the private terrace garden and side yard is through the barn or breakfast room. Private Terrace and adirondack area has picnic tables, firepit and BBQ grill. There is a laundry room for guests use on the second floor. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Wild Rose Farm - there is a 2 dog limit with a 75 pounds maximum weight limit. Guest access As our guest, you are welcome to relax in the breakfast room, watch TV or read in the library or the sunny sitting room. As well the barn gathering room is a great place to relax, watch something on the big screen with surround sound, play a game or do a puzzle. EVENTS: Small events may be accommodated with prior approval. Please inquire before booking. Other things to note For stays over 7 days the cleaning fee is weekly and includes a change of linens for beds and bathrooms, as well as full cleaning of the home.
