The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer and a Keurig coffee maker. There is parking for one car in front of the cottage and an exterior outlet for your electric car. The space Our home is called the Sparrow Dairy and was built in 1902. Though the cows and barns are gone, the farmhouse charm remains. We recently completed construction of our three car garage and you will be staying the the 750 square foot apartment above the parking area. Everything in the space is new - from the appliances to the flooring, except for several charming architectural details. We salvaged materials from the original shed and created an accent wall - complete with grafitti from 1946. We also milled wood molding for all of the doors and windows to match the original details in the farmhouse. You will feel like you are living in a charming treehouse as you enjoy quiet views of 2 story high green bamboo that was planted by Old Man Sparrow, the original dairy farmer on our property.
