The space This exclusive and modern 2 bedroom apartment can take up to 6 guests and is located in the newly renovated 8 BUILDING. It is fully furnished and carefully designed by our own professional team to provide you a home away from home. Bed can be set up as a king sized couple bed or two single beds, this is the perfect location for a family or a group of friends looking to spend some quality days in beautiful Lisbon. And it is also one of the best options for working trips! The apartment provides a spacious living room with a sofa and flat panel TV, a dining area, a private bathroom with a beautiful marble walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals in a comfortable and private environment. Free Wi-Fi and flat cable TV is also provided. If you are looking to enjoy our local food as well as different types of cuisine you have an array of choices for restaurants in the facade of the Building as well as our Time out market "Mercado da Ribeira" bustling with energy and culture where you can enjoy great meals from renowned local chefs or simply get a few drinks. Guest access // Guests have private access to the entire apartment. // There is free and unlimited 100MB internet connection as well as free access to a Netflix account. // The kitchen is fully equipped: necessary cooking ware; initial cooking kit including salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar; tableware including wine glasses, etc. // Other essential amenities: hair dryer, cleaning material, writing material, etc. // If there is anything important missing let us know and we'll provide it ASAP. Other things to note LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: -> A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the apartment is checked and all outstanding bills are settled. -> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs. -> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments. CHECK-IN Self Check-In: Available free of charge with our self-check-in system. In-Person Check-In: Available upon request and subject to an additional fee if done after-hours: - After 8:00 PM: €15 - After 10:00 PM: €25 - After 1:00 AM: €50 Mandatory Check-In Form: All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival.
