It is situated in Parque Santiago 2 complex, offers big swimming pool heated in winter season, and right on your door step you'll have great selection of restaurants, bars, shops, surf schools. Fast wifi, Baby cot & high chair available; The space Apartment is situated on the second floor of the complex (there will be one flight of stairs at the entrance) and it is a duplex type place, built on two levels. On the entrance floor of the apartment you have fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and more. There is also a dining table and spacious living room area with comfortable sofa and Smart TV. From the living room you have access to the terrace, with beautiful views to the ocean and the neighbourhood. It is furnished with dining table for 4 persons. On the second floor of the apartment there are two separate bedrooms. One of them with double bed, second one is equipped with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. On this floor there is also a bathroom with walk in shower, and a washing machine. There are Air Conditioning units in the bedrooms and ceiling fan in the living room for your comfort during the hot months in summer. We have a baby travel cot, so families with the little ones are welcome. Guest access You will have the entire duplex apartment only for yourself. Also, you will have access to the swimming pool of the complex which is being heated in winter months, so you can enjoy a nice swim all the year. Pool was fully renovated in 2023.
