We are in the Oltrarno, the heart of Florence, an exclusive location next to one of the most historical and famous places in the city, the "Ponte Vecchio". The terraces of this penthouse offer suggestive views of the monuments and roofs of Florence making it unique. Its exceptional central location is within walking distance to all major attractions. For example, from the Santo Spirito district just cross the Ponte Vecchio and in 5 minutes one can be at the Duomo or the Uffizi. The space The newly renovated apartment is perfect for 2-6 guests and is located on the top floor of a building with an elevator lift and features terraces that make it unique. The living area consists of a large eat-in kitchen and a living room which overlook the largest of the terraces. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests if necessary. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two of which open onto another characteristic terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city. Two bedrooms have a large double bed and an exclusive bathroom. The third bedroom has a bed that can be divided into two single beds if necessary and has a dedicated bathroom. The combination of the ancient outdoor space and the modern decor of the interiors is balanced and welcoming. Elements of high Italian design have been included, such as the “silence” washbasin by Antoniolupi, which together with the furniture and chandeliers hand crafted by local artisans, embellish the apartment in luxury one might find in a luxury hotel. Guest access The elevator takes you up to the 5th floor and a flight of stairs takes you to the 6th floor. The car parks are located in the immediate vicinity (Garage Ponte Vecchio, Garage Lungarno). In the street there is a large and well-stocked supermarket. You can take advantage of the luxurious restaurants and wine bars located in the underlying Via dei Bardi, or sit in one of the bars along the Arno to enjoy excellent aperitifs and romantic dinners. The house will be at your complete disposal for your entire stay and our every need to access the facility will always be communicated to you in advance.
