This cozy unit is a converted rec room located on the bottom floor of a two story house that includes a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a small kitchenette /laundry room. The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee pot, utensils, and refrigerator. The unit can be locked with a key. STEPS are required for entry. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues. Extra guests are each charged $5 per day. NO smoking. NO weapons please! The unit can accommodate 3 people. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and also a pull out sofa large enough for two people to sleep in. The beds are not recommended for tall people. Guests must use some steps to enter and exit the apt. which is located downstairs, on the bottom floor. Parking is available in the driveway of my house and on the street. Guests will have access to a back yard and deck. Steps are involved so this unit is not recommended for guests with mobility issues. Steep driveway for off street parking. We strive to afford our guests complete privacy, if they wish. However, I try to be a helpful as possible. Conversations with guests must include masks and/or other specified covid protection devices according to air.nb's covid 19 protocols. Guests and host must use separate entrances to enter and exit. We are conveniently located less than one block from the 224 expressway, for easy access to downtown. We are only 2 blocks from the Milwaukie Market Place which offers fast food outlets, a Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, Dollar Store, Subway, Planet Fitness, Sharie's, and a liquor store. We are a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Bus service is located one block away over the hill. Current City of Milwaukie codes restrict air.nb hosts to renting units to individual guests for periods of 29 days or less.
