Awake to the sound of the ocean and fall asleep to the beautiful sunsets with your friends and family at our beautifully furnished beachfront condo. Located in the heart of the hotel zone, you are minutes away from excellent restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Plus, save $$ with no silly cleaning fees! The construction is finished!! Enjoy some of the most amazing pools in all of Vallarta, along with direct private beach access. The space This condo is one of the largest at Harbor 171, capable of accommodating up to 6 guests. It features a very large master bedroom with wall dividers that can create an additional bedroom with a King bed in one and a day bed that expands into a King-sized bed in the other. Alternatively, it can be enjoyed as a large sitting area with a desk. The master bedroom also includes a beautiful marble shower with views of the ocean and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a beautiful queen-sized bed with a full-sized bed that pulls out from below. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, and basic condiments. It also includes a fridge, microwave, and bottled water dispenser for cold and hot drinking water (water can be purchased from security). The condo has exceptionally fast internet with a 200MB fiber line. There are large TVs in all of the main rooms with access to Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max and Amazon Prime TV. Basic cable for sports is also included. The deck is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal or simply lounge and enjoy the ocean view and sailboats. If you are bringing a small pet (less than 20kg), we are happy to host you! However, please note that the property does not allow pets in the common areas. Guest access Harbor 171 is about 10-15 minutes from the airport. The condo comes with one covered parking spot in the garage. There is 24/7 security on-site at all entrance points of the complex. We love using Gecko for rental cars, but Uber is also a very affordable option as well. There is a grocery store about a 5-minute walk away, along with several restaurants and spas. A 15-20 minute walk down the beach will bring you to the Malecon boardwalk and numerous restaurants, bars, stores, and nightclubs. Other things to note Please note that the road leading to the building has not been paved by the city yet and can be dusty/muddy. Sadly, this is something outside of our control.
