Welcome to the beautiful and safe residential area of South Boise. 10 minute drive from The Boise Airport, an easy 20 minutes to Downtown. Walking distance to the grocery store with popular coffee bar inside. Urgent care, gas station and drug store just moments away. The space The home is yours to enjoy, however the garage will be accessible to the owner for purposes of lawn maintenance, snow and trash removal.
