To get to Villa Amaca, simply type the name "Villa Amaca" into Google Maps. The villa is located on the hill in Via Sarra di Entu 34, Cannigione, Arzachena. The access road is a secondary local road that goes uphill, but it is paved. The owner will be there in person to meet you, hand over the Villa, and provide you with all the information and advice you need. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed with the property. 🐾 IMPORTANT INFORMATION To allow you to choose Villa Amaca with full awareness, we kindly ask that you read this information prior to booking. Swimming pool: there is no lifeguard service. The presence of small children therefore requires adult supervision. The pool heating is in operation in spring and autumn (from April to October/November), compatible with the existing weather conditions. Diving into the pool is prohibited as the depth is 1.40 meters and there is no lifeguard. Water: The area is not currently connected to the municipal water supply. Water is therefore a precious resource, and we ask guests to use it responsibly, avoiding waste. Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. It is essential to be careful not to litter cigarette butts in the environment. Guests: The occupants of the villa cannot exceed the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Pets: may only be allowed with prior authorization from the property. Valuables: There are lock boxes, but the property cannot accept responsibility for any theft. It is recommended not to leave valuables unattended. Although there have never been any thefts, the property recommends the utmost caution when storing valuables. The owner recommends not moving the living room table as it is very fragile and would break. Staff: On the lower floor, with separate access, there are trusted staff of the property who are in charge of maintaining the villa, the garden, and the pool. The presence is organized with discretion and respect for privacy. Cats: Some cats live on the large property and may occasionally move around in the outdoor areas. Guests are asked not to let them into the room or feed them near the premises, as other guests may not appreciate their regular presence. The WiFi is satellite-based and travels at 270 mb/s. In high season if there is a lot of tourist influx you can suffer slowdowns. Children: The Villa is not recommended for children. They must be supervised to prevent them from getting hurt, especially in the outdoor areas, which have spaces that are dangerous for them. Separate waste collection: Separate waste collection must be carried out according to the property's instructions, and nothing should be thrown into the toilets, nor should oil be poured into the drains. USE OF THE SAUNA Access to the sauna and fitness area is subject to regulation. Wild boars: To deter wild boars from approaching the Villa during the night, a low-voltage electric wire is active at night along the outermost perimeter of the Villa's garden.
