November 8 - 10th is the annual Feria Maestros del Arte, a fare that exhibits and sells the folk art of some of Mexico's foremost artisans. Many people come here specifically to share in those festivities which are unique and inspiring, with fireworks and old-fashioned Castillos, elaborate fireworks towers from the Baroque era which are hand-rigged with thousands of fire-works, and unfold and and spin as they ignite, reaching a structural height of up to 80 feet.
