Step outside to your private patio with a dining set and grill — perfect for enjoying a relaxing BBQ after a fun day at the parks. Guests also have access to amazing resort-style community amenities, including a concierge-style clubhouse, sparkling pool with Tiki bar, hot tub, gym, sauna room, tennis and basketball courts, mini golf, beach volleyball court, picnic area with BBQ stations, and a scenic lake boardwalk for peaceful walks. Traveling with little ones? A playpen, stroller, and high chair are available for your convenience. No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. This includes disabling, covering, or removing smoke detectors. If smoking is detected inside the unit, a $250 fine will be charged to cover deep cleaning and deodorizing. Guest Policy For insurance and compliance reasons, only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the home. Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay overnight. Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Please note that parking and the resort access card require a one-time, non-refundable fee of $25, payable to the concierge at check-in. The access card is valid for the duration of your stay and must be returned to the concierge upon check-out. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor near the entrance. Kindly keep the stairs in mind when booking, especially for guests who may have difficulty climbing steps. To help make your stay as relaxing and convenient as possible, we’re happy to offer a few optional services. Planning a romantic evening or special night out? Babysitting services can be arranged so you can enjoy some time to yourselves while your little ones are well cared for (additional fees apply). We also offer a grocery shopping service for added convenience. Your groceries can be purchased, delivered directly to the condo, and neatly put away while you’re out enjoying the parks or prior your arrival — so you can come home to a fully stocked kitchen (additional fees apply).
