Unwind at this simple, peaceful, and centrally located apartment, located on the first floor of a unique red brick heritage conversion, this free-flowing one-bedroom apartment is quietly nestled at the rear of the block, giving a rarely found sense of tranquil privacy in the heart of Port Melbourne. Ideally positioned, only a moments’ walk from the beach (~250m), bus (~150m), tram (~900m), and Bay Street’s many vibrant cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops (~250m). The space Guests have access to the entire apartment during their stay. The open plan living floor-plan includes modern kitchen/meals with stainless steel appliances, ducted heating/cooling, dishwasher, and central bathroom, and separate European laundry. A super spacious master bedroom includes BIR/storage and room for a study nook. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals (crockery, cutlery, and utensils) with supermarkets under a 3-minute walk away. Tea, Herbal tea, pod coffee machine staples are provided. All the basics and more are provided, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, TV, and internet. You will also have the basics for cooking, cleaning products, shampoo, and soaps. Fresh bed linen, towels, fluffy pillows, toiletries, and other necessities are provided for a comfortable stay. We are a phone call away if you ever need anything more. We supply a complimentary start-up pack for your comfort & enjoyment including breakfast goodies, snacks, and a bottle of wine (or two). ** Please note that the apartment is not serviced during your stay unless requested (cost may apply). ** ALL guests must be accompanied by a person over 21 years of age & a photo ID must be available upon request. This property is not suitable for infants. Please be mindful of the other residents in the building. Loud noise does travel easily. We request that noise be left to a minimum after 10 pm. Guest access You will be within walking distance of all your essential shopping and entertainment needs. There is ample parking available on the street, however, it gets busy during the day in summers, so best to plan ahead. Public transport options into the CBD and Crown Entertainment Complex: * 236 Bus Stop just 135 m from the apartment, your hosts can help you with a Public Transport card which you can recharge online. * 109 Tram - Graham Street Stop is approx 900m from the apartment. Groceries: Coles Supermarket is approx. 550m and IGA is approx 220m from the apartment. Other things to note CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 am. A later check-out may be exceptionally granted but only if these two conditions are met: 1. there is no new arrival checking into the property on the day of your departure, and, 2. the request for a late check-out is made within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the check-out date stated on the booking. Charges will apply for a late check-out, not timely requested. Checkout later than 4 hours after 11:00 am will lead to a charge of an additional full day accommodation cost, such charges do not equate to you purchasing a day of accommodation. One set of keys will be provided. Please ensure that the door is locked when you leave the apartment and always carry the keys with you. If you are locked out by any chance or lose the keys, there is a call-out fee of $200 during working hours and up to $400 outside working hours, as a locksmith will need to attend the apartment. We're located in a residential building, so please be courteous and mindful of the other residents in the building. Loud noise does travel easily. We request that noise be left to a minimum after 10 pm. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. If smoking is detected within the apartment, a $500 cleaning fee is payable. Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house manual that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. Smoke alarms are hard-wired and centrally controlled, so the alarms are sensitive and call-out fees are significant, please ensure you use kitchen exhaust while operating the toaster and be mindful to not burn your toast and incur significant call-out fees as a result of the fire department attending to the building. NO PARTIES! Noise levels are monitored in this building and parties will result in an instant end to your stay with no refund. Please follow all rules displayed throughout the building. Failure to follow the house manual, house rules, or building rules will result in the instant termination or cancellation of your stay, without refund. Please be responsible and don't travel to our home if showing flu-like symptoms, we are understanding and will work out an alternative to suit everyone.
