The house has been ready for rental since January 2022. This cozy house has all the comforts. It is a 70m2 cottage suitable for up to 4 people. The house is on private property and is adjacent to the other vacation home with a shared garden. Nice beds, a rain shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal location for visiting the beach 4 km away. Centrally located of cities such as Rotterdam, The Hague or Delft. (House is not suitable for groups of friends) The space Downstairs is the living room, kitchen and bathroom. All have underfloor heating. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, induction cooker, filter coffee and kettle. Opposite the kitchen, you will find the bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The living room has a 55-inch TV. From the window, you have a view of the chicken garden. The large built-in closets provide ample storage space downstairs. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. Two beds per room, both possible as a double bed or as separate beds. (depends on the booking) Outside at the entrance of the cottage, there is space to sit outside. This outdoor area is also available for guests of the other vacation home. Think cheerful animal sounds that are perfectly in keeping with the outdoors, from a rooster that starts the day a bit too enthusiastically to other cozy farm sounds. House is at the bottom of a dike, this is a relatively busy main road, including towards the beach. Bedrooms are at the height of this dike and here you will experience more noise from traffic. There is also a campground at some distance. On most days, it is wonderfully quiet, but in peak season, it can sometimes be a bit more lively there. Are you looking for absolute quiet? Then the winter period here is often the quietest. But if you like a place with character, a bit of hustle and bustle, and a real outdoor experience, I'm sure you'll feel right at home here!
