This is a single bedroom and a private but not connected bathroom. Guests will have access to the common areas of the home which includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry. Driveway parking. This is my primary residence so I do live in the home but it is just me. I am a 37 year old male and have 2 small and very friendly dogs. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. I work a lot so it will feel like you are renting a whole home. Long term rental only. Private bedroom and bathroom. Access to common areas being the living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry. Room has TV with Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount +, Disney +. Living room, kitchen, laundry, garage, back yard, pool. I am always available to guests through the app and I am very responsive. I live in the home so I am also available in person when I am home. I am extremely laid back and easy to be around I think. I enjoy being social with guests, but I also will leave guests alone if that’s what they prefer. Very nice and quiet neighborhood
