Located within a gated community, with 24-hour concierge, with a clean, calm and exclusive beach! The house overlooks the sea from almost every room, the condominium is surrounded by green mountains, which bring a beautiful paradisiacal scenery between the green of the forest and the blue of the sea. The space The condominium has excellent infrastructure, with a private beach, an adult-children's pool on the sand, sauna, sand court, game room, a restaurant and a pier for mooring boats. The house is a duplex with three bedrooms, one en-suite, a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, two balconies with incredible views of the sea and mountains, and an outdoor area. The upper floor consists of a large living/dining room, a toilet, a kitchen equipped with cooking and serving utensils, a suite with a double bed and air conditioning, and a balcony. The lower floor consists of a balcony, a bedroom with a queen bed with air conditioning, a bedroom with air conditioning furnished with a bunk bed + two single beds + a double mattress, a bathroom. All three bedrooms in the house have air conditioning. The house has a differential because it has a large outdoor area that few houses in the condominium have, containing space with table, chairs, umbrella, barbecue, refrigerator and a shower. Unfortunately, pets of any size are not allowed in the house. If you need to work online, we have high-speed fiber internet and Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests can use all common areas of the condominium. Other things to note 1) WE DO NOT OFFER: Bed linens, bath linens, toiletries and food. Guests must bring these items. 2) The times for the start of the daily rates are always 12:00 p.m. (Check-in), ending at 12:00 p.m. on the following day. Check-in can be done from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 12 noon. 3) If you are interested, we can recommend a reliable assistant who cooks, takes care of the house, and knows everything about the place. 4) The property is not suitable for people with disabilities due to the stairs it has – to get to the house you need to climb 19 steps. 5) After booking, it will be necessary to send the names of the guests so that everyone's access can be authorized at the condominium entrance.
