Bright and cosy family home with private garden.

Family home located in a quiet area, 25 minutes from central Copenhagen. The house is perfect for families as it features one bedroom with a double bed and two rooms (one with a single bed and one with a double bed). In addition, it has two living rooms, one bathroom and a kitchen with a dining table. The house has all necessary amenities including washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside you'll find two terraces and a nice secluded garden. Free parking in front of the house. The space Build in 1935 and continously renovated, you’ll find a historic house that meets all modern needs. We love colors, music and literature; hopefully you’ll feel as relaxed and comfortable in the house as we do. In winther, use the wood burner to create a homely atmosphere. In summer, enjoy the secluded garden with lots of flowers and fruits (apples, pears, proons, blue berries, elderflowers just to mention a few). In the garden, you will also have acess to a wooden shelter where up to four people can sleep, if you like to sleep outdoors. The house features solar panels and has multiple heating options, as we wish it to be as sustainable as possible. PLEASE NOTE: This is our home - it is not a house used only for rental. We only rent out, when we are on holiday ourselves. This means, that you'll be staying in a typical family home, and that some of our private things will be in the house. Everything won’t be perfect, but hopefully you’ll will feel comfortable and ‘at home’ in our house. Also, the rental includes feeding and taking care of our cats, Lili, Laila and Frans. All very sweet and used to children. In the garden, you'll also find four chickens. The chickens require very little - only food and water. In return, you'll have biological free range eggs. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note Please note, that we have three cats. They are really sweet and love to play.
