It is very bright and offers: a comfortable sofa bed which when opened is like a French bed (140x200cm); smart tv equipped with digital channels, netflix, youtube etc.; bookshelf; dining table with 4 plus two folding director's chairs; fully equipped open kitchen with: electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, various sets of all types for the kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates and utensils), fridge, induction cooker, blender, dishwasher, water filter jug, moka pot for coffee. The living room leads to the dressing room with sink where you reach the mezzanine double bedroom area (height 2.40m) and bathroom with large shower, toilet and bidet. Guests will have at their disposal a set of towels each and sets for the beds (sheets, blankets, etc.) and essentials such as soap, shampoo, washing machine and dishwasher soap, toilet paper, etc Ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi throughout the house.
