Located in a no through road surrounded by rolling hills and farmland. The space Little Monks Suite adjoins our grade 2 listed home which is over 500 years old. The suite is a private modern addition with 3 separate rooms consisting of a large living/dining room, sofa, coffee table, smart TV, dining table/work station, two chairs, coffee and tea making facilities, microwave, toaster and mini fridge. The suite is suitable for 2 adult guests only. A spacious double bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, two side tables, two bedroom chairs and double wardrobe with hangers and shelving unit. A spacious walk in wet room with anti slip flooring, wall mounted height adjustable shower, hand basin, large mirror, heated towel rail and WC with slow closing lid. There is a small, shared patio area for guests to sit during the summer months. Guest access Little Monks is situated within the historical village of Offenham, north of Evesham. It has one dedicated parking space and is accessible through the garden side gate. There are 3 small steps that lead up from the driveway to the suite. Other things to note Conveniently located on the edge of the Cotswold the villages of Broadway and Chipping Camden are a short 20 minute drive. The historical town of Stratford Upon Avon and bustling city of Cheltenham are within easy driving distance.
