It's a very beautiful house with a wonderful view around. National harbor and MGM resorts within a 15 minute drive. Mount Vernon George Washington home within 10 minutes away. U.S. Capitol also within 15 minutes. Other things to note Unfortunately no walking around with shoes but a sandal is fine No smoking and drinking
