To each their well-being: rest, recharge in a place of high tranquility, walks and discoveries in hikes, sports activities, mountain biking, paragliding, cross-country or downhill skiing, swimming in lakes, horseback riding, cultural and cultural tourism on the Wine Route, discoveries of terroirs and regional flavors... The space The accommodation is independent, with a common entrance first offering a desk/information corner, a library and necessary cleaning essentials if needed. Then an individual entrance with storage cabinet and access to the bathroom/toilet. The living room includes a dining area and living room with a double sofa, low furniture and TV. A kitchen equipped with oven/microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, small appliances... The sleeping area is on the mezzanine above the living area, equipped with a double bed (1.40/1.90). Access is via a miller's ladder (be careful, rather steep access). The neat bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside: we have set up a leisure area reserved for the two apartments that we make available, equipped with a table and benches with backrests. We provide a barbecue (a financial contribution is requested for use, gas barbecue) Guest access The last 300 meters before arriving at the house are via a communal dirt road. Parking is available right next to the accommodation. A lockbox is to the right of the front door (issuing a key to open the door). Be careful in WINTER, winter equipment is mandatory for the car, as well as chains in case of snow. Other things to note WINTER: Mandatory winter equipment – snow tires and chains in case of snow or 4-wheel drive vehicle with snow tires.
