The main floor features an open layout where the well-equipped kitchen (with new appliances) connects to a comfortable dining and living area. Step onto your private balcony to take in breathtaking Caribbean views—an ideal spot for morning coffee or meditation. Upstairs, you'll find a separate sitting area and rooftop patio complete with your own jacuzzi. Let us know in advance, and we'll have it ready for your arrival. With two distinct living spaces and three private bedrooms (each with its own AC), everyone can find their perfect spot to unwind. The sea breeze keeps the space naturally cool, in addition to multiple fans and AC units. As part of a gated community with 24/7 security, you'll have access to a peaceful pool area with covered seating and an additional larger jacuzzi. The community maintains a quiet atmosphere, especially during weekdays, with light weekend activity from a few resident owners. If it's beach you are looking for, Playa Guayacanes (Guayacanes Beach) is a 10 minute walk via a path along the ocean (or a short drive), and two more public beaches are minutes away. There are also many resort beaches and other amenities in the neighboring towns. Guest access Parking is behind a gate, with 2 designated spots. Your unit is secured with a digital door and a unique access code that you'll receive before arriving. Upon arrival you’ll get a remote to be able to get in and out of the complex at your convenience. Other things to note A couple details to note: We have had to replace and repair the jacuzzi (twice) due to damage from previous guests. Because of this, the new jacuzzi may look different than the one pictured in the listing. Also, this is the Caribbean, where the weather is almost always warm, so the jacuzzi is not heated, don't assume it will be a "hot" tub! If you have any questions, please ask! Off-hours, on-site staff does not have keys for the entire complex, so please confirm your arrival time prior to booking if you will be arriving late for check-in, as we may need extra time to coordinate your initial entry. The complex has STRICT rules for guests, so please confirm the number of guests you will have, and adhere to all posted rules for the common areas for the best experience.
