Charmosa Casinha in one of the tastiest regions of the Island of Florianópolis . The house has a bedroom, a large living room where it has a double sofa bed with a biombo leaving the private space. It also has a twin twin sofa bed. The space Highlight for the large balcony with barbecue, a perfect lawn for families and friends to get together. We cannot fail to mention the fruit trees with guava, guava, pitangueira and banana trees. Other things to note The house is within the Lagoa do Peri Municipal Park, approximately 100 meters from the sea, practically foot in the sand. Armação Beach is a delight and is close to other beautiful beaches on the south of the island such as Matadeiro Beach, Praia do Morro das Pedras, Campeche, among others. Oh and Lagoa do Peri is also excellent.
