The space EnzoPietra chalets stand out for their rustic wood decor and spaciousness The lower floor consists of the combined living room and kitchen areas, which allows for greater interaction between guests, especially during leisure time or meal preparation. On this same floor is the social bathroom and also one of the bedrooms, which is air-conditioned with hot and cold air-conditioning, offers a double bed and has a very large space. The double-height ceiling of the social area gives the space more breadth, ventilation and the enhancement of natural light. It is worth mentioning that our kitchen is complete and super-equipped. Upstairs is the mezzanine, an extension of the useful area, which provides more privacy and can be used as a reading corner, for resting or perhaps even for a home office moment, as we have high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. For colder days, the heater (fireplace) helps keep the space warm, and in the outdoor area, the floor fire is the space where conversation flows freely next to the fireplace Also on the upper floor is the second bedroom, all with wood finishing and also with a double bed, super spacious, air-conditioned with hot and cold air-conditioning, and overlooking the paragliding hill, a very visited tourist spot in Urubici. During the day, you can watch the paragliding jumps and, at night, the scenic lighting. The location of the chalets is a highlight, as it is centrally located and thus easy to access to all the city's sights, in addition to being two blocks from Urubici's main gastronomic route, where the best restaurants, cafes and bakeries are located. Security is another point worth noting, as the chalets are at the back of a family plot, fully fenced and with an electronic gate. Security for both the guest and their car, as we have a covered garage. We also have our service area, where we provide a washer and dryer, at no extra charge, it's our courtesy. It is the dog owner's responsibility to keep the dog safe. The chalet will not be responsible for any costs related to possible problems with your pet, such as escape or disappearance. 4- Pet owners are 100% responsible for collecting the waste made by them. 5-It is the responsibility of the dog's owner to bring commonly used items for their pets, such as blankets, pillows, collars, toys, and food. 6- Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas. " For hygiene reasons, bedding cannot be used for pets. • If any mattress, sofa, pillow or any other item of furniture is damaged by the animal, the guest is responsible for reimbursing the hosts.
