Stunning 3-bedroom townhouse in superb location

Our large and colourful three-bed house has a sunny south-facing garden, with plenty of natural light and two spacious living areas. There are parks literally across the road. You can wander along the canal, look at the boats, have coffee in the park. All on your doorstep. It's a 5 min walk to the tube, which zips you into Central London in 20 minutes. There are loads of transport options. It's near Stratford, Olympic Park, Victoria Park, London Fields, Broadway Market and Whitechapel. The space Its a bright and airy place, with no lack of colour! We have sanded wooden floors throughout - these give the place a really natural feel. If you like cooking, our Smeg oven is a definite plus - and the kitchen comes well equipped. The kitchen is a really spacious room, which is lovely for meals with family + friends. The doors to the garden fold open completely, connecting the kitchen to the outside world. That's really nice on a sunny day. Two bedrooms have double beds (the pink bedroom has a King size; the bed in the blue room is two singles fitted together with a mattress topper, so it functions as a double bed.) The yellow room has a bunk bed, which is ideal for kids. There's a huge sofa in the sitting room, and a normal sized one in the kitchen. We've got skylights around the house, along with WIFI broadband, Bose speakers, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, iron - and all those sort of things. Guest access We are very close to Mile End Tube, which is on the Central, District, Hammersmith and Circle Lines. This takes you into Central London in 20 minutes. There are lots of bus routes. There is on-street parking right outside the house. You'll just need to pay £13.50 extra per day, which we can easily arrange for you. You can get a National Express bus to/from Stansted Airport, a few streets away. You're at the airport in 40 mins, no fuss. Other things to note There is a train line running parallel to the next door street. But the trains glide past with a whoosh, not a rattle. We honestly don't notice it - so you're unlikely to find this a bother.
