We are always available for questions and can send someone over for anything you need, but everything is self service and we respect your privacy. We live in the main house. The location is fantastic. A 20 minute walk or 5 - 10 minute bike ride gets you to Venice beach (less than a mile away). The famous Abbot Kinney is just down the street, a 5 - 10 minute walk away from amazing shops and restaurants. The incredible restaurants and boutiques of Lincoln Blvd are 10 - 15 minutes walk or a short bike ride. Adjacent to Santa Monica to the North and Marina Del Rey to the south, both easily accessed via the beach bike path. It's 15 - 20 minutes by car to LAX. Many e-bikes and scooters are available, grab one and you're at the beach in minutes, without having to worry about a bike lock. Uber / Lyft rides are fast and plentiful.
