London 2 bed / 2 bath flat, just by the Shard

This super central flat is just opposite the famous Borough Market and 30 seconds walk to London Bridge station. You can view the Shard from a large private terrace and walk to the London Eye in 20 minutes. Spacious living room faces a busy high street, with a separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite room with a vispring Super King bed and the other one with a small double), both rooms face a small alley leading to a college campus. Not the most quiet flat, but very convenient. The space This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat on the 3rd floor of a converted building. It has a separate living room, kitchen. The living room is furnished with designer furnitures, the best part of this flat is the terrace where you can see the Shard, there is also a barbecue which you can use. Sleeping arrangements: The first bedroom has a super king size vispring bed (the bed is super comfortable), it comes with an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a small double bed with its own bathroom at the back of the apartment, the second bed / bath area has its own door for extra privacy. Other amenities include: Cable TV (fire stick), Wifi, Iron, Hairdryer, free tea and coffee. It is a perfect place for a family. Please note, there is no lift nor dishwasher in the flat. This place is our primary residence, we only rent this place out when we are away, so you will find a very well equipped kitchen plus high quality bedding and towels. Guest access all of the flat area. Other things to note Please note this flat is facing Borough High Street, while it is 30 seconds to the tube station, it is a very busy street, you will hear ambulance and police car occasionally, however, both bedrooms are away from the high street facing a small alley. But because of the location of this flat, noise is unavoidable. And there is no dishwasher in the flat.
