Welcome to our comfortable self contained unique suite with an off road parking space with Ev charging available. We are situated on a quiet street in Abbeymead on the outskirts of Gloucester. 2 miles off the M5 and 8 miles from Cheltenham Spa. Ideal for Cheltenham Races, GCHQ, Gloucester rugby and easy access to Gloucester business park and the Cotswolds. Local shops, take-aways and bus routes are a 2 minute walk. The space The suite is self contained and has its own off road parking space with Ev charging available at 0.55p a kW. You will enter through your front door into a kitchenette which opens up into a living/dining and sleeping area. The kitchen area consists of hot and cold running water , sink/drainer, kettle with tea, coffee and sugar, toaster, microwave oven, ninja air fryer/oven/grill, hot plate , washing machine , cups, plates , bowls, saucepan and cutlery along with washing up facilities. Their is a full size fridge and small freezer with a pint of milk in the main area. The living/sleeping area offers a king size bed, corner sofa , breakfast bar with storage and 2 stools , wardrobe, chest of draws and a 50”smart TV and WiFi. If 3 or 4 guests book the suite a memory foam mattress and bedding is supplied for the double sofa bed. Guest access The suite is the area at the front of the main house and has its own access and is completely separate. Other things to note Their is a large Morrisons a 5 minute walk down the road along with a local pub, chemist, Chinese and chip shop. Lots of green space around the premises. A petrol station can be found a mile down the road. An excellent selection of takeaway foods that deliver are also based conveniently.
