Located 4 km from the Étang du Merle (Merle Pond), enjoy swimming, fishing, or leisurely walks along the water's edge. Perfect for nature lovers and those seeking excursions to the Morvan Regional Natural Park and the surrounding historic villages. Breathe, relax, and let time slow down. The space Gîte of 60 m² which is accessed by a staircase from the main street. Located in the center of the village but with a quiet and very quiet street. You can enjoy on sunny days a furnished terrace with a lounge area and a dining area. The house consists on the ground floor of a small entrance, a kitchen / dining room / living room, a bathroom with shower cabin and a separate toilet. Upstairs, via a small staircase, are two bedrooms. The first has a 140/190 bed, a chest of drawers with 4 drawers and two bedside tables, the second has a 10/190 bed, a 90/190 bed, a wardrobe. A cot and a high chair are available in the cottage. Guest access You have full use of the gîte. Other things to note There are stairs to access the gîte and to reach the bedrooms upstairs.
