Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The space Beautiful 7 1/2-room apartment on three floors with balcony facing Sünden and a view of the Prättigau. In the countryside and yet only four minutes by car from Seewis village. In winter, with enough snow, the ski lift is within walking distance. The JHS infrastructure is available incl. Wi-Fi, gym, playground with large meadow, children's pool (in summer) and free parking. On the ground floor there is the entrance with a spacious wardrobe, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom (shower/toilet). The apartment's own staircase leads to the first floor and the attic of the apartment. On the first floor there is the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine (Delizio machine and capsules CHF 0.50/capsule – Lungo Crema, Ristretto, decaffeinated). Through an open passage you enter the cozy living room with access to the balcony (balcony also accessible from the kitchen). It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (bathtub/toilet). In the attic there is a bathroom (shower/toilet) and three bedrooms. 2 rooms with 3 beds each (1 double bed and 1 single bed each) and 1 room with a single bed. Bookings for 14 people are possible, then an extra bed will be placed by the host. A cot can be booked free of charge - this must be specified at the time of booking. Dogs are allowed for a fee (CHF 5.00/night, please specify when booking). The road is well signaled from Seewis village with white signposts "Jugendhaus".
