Private indoor pool that is pleasant from May to October, large terrace with panoramic view facing south, quiet, private parking, veranda, deckchairs, pizza oven, barbecue, large garden of 3000 m2 with petanque court, shaded places etc... Everything is done for an unforgettable vacation or family reunion. The space The main villa has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, separate bathroom and toilet, internet, fireplace plus 1 bedroom with shower and toilet upstairs with independent entrance. The attached cottage just separated by the terrace has a king size bed and two single beds in the mezzanine with living room, shower, toilet, equipped kitchen. In total, 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets. Guest access Independent access from the village, towards the hamlet of La Chastellière, private fenced parking Other things to note We chose to make the cleaning and linen package optional. You are therefore required to leave the house perfectly clean after your stay. If you wish, you can add it to the rental (notify if possible 1 month before your arrival for organization, unless late booking) at the rate of €150 per stay. In any case, an arrival kit awaits you with sponge, 3 dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc. Upon request and when it is possible to organize, you can stay beyond 10 a.m. (6 p.m. maximum) with the late check-out option at €120. Pets are allowed. Package €20/animal/stay. We are almost 700 m above sea level, which means that it is very nice in summer but it is ventilated and pleasant without air conditioning.
