Charming apartment ideal for families: 2 bedrooms 41 m2 4/6 people

To escape the routine (or madness) of everyday life, we imagined a magical place for the family. So we put all our love into renovating and creating this warm corner where moments with family and friends become precious memories to keep forever. We want to share this place with you and hope you have a memorable stay. The space Renovated in November 2021, we designed this 41 m2 apartment for our family and hope you will find the warmth and comfort we were looking for. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access (!). A convenient entrance hall with many coat racks will welcome you after your long days in the snow. Two bedrooms welcome you in all comfort: - A bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a firm pocket spring and memory foam mattress. Bed and mattress are made in Italy "Materassi e doghe". Sheets are not provided. Storage is available: four drawers under the bed, a closet with shelves and wall hangers. - A mountain corner closed by a sliding door with 2 bunk beds measuring 90 x 190 cm. The memory foam mattresses ("Hømifab") offer balanced support, more suitable for children and adolescents of all ages. Sheets are not provided. A storage column and two drawers under the bed complete the mountain corner with discreet and efficient storage. In the living room: - A 140 x 195 cm sofa bed. - A folding baby crib will be provided free of charge if needed (please ask us as soon as you book). - For entertainment: a smart TV, a portable Bluetooth speaker, books and games. The kitchen is fully stocked: - New induction hob, large fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, new (!) washing machine, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, raclette machine, pots and dishes. Finally, a small table with extension (max 150 cm) ideal for your meals up to 6 people. Toilet with hanging toilet, bathroom with spacious shower, large mirror, towel dryer and hairdryer. Large balcony with wooden benches, a small table and duvets available for those who want to face the fresh air of Les Deux Alpes. The apartment is heated by electric radiators with double heating core (full inertia cast iron and radiant facade) that guarantee better indoor air quality and increased thermal comfort. Guest access For an ideal stay in this beautiful village, you'll want to forget the car and walk everywhere. Leave the car in the parking lot at the bottom of the building... (note: no space allocated, so if all the spaces are taken, free spaces will be found on Avenue de la Muzelle or at the end of Rue du Grand Plan in the parking lot of the Palais des Sports) ...and go on foot! Everything is nearby: ski lifts (Belle Etoile at the end of the street), ski slopes, supermarket (Super U 130 m away), pharmacy, bakery (180 m away), self-service laundry, restaurants Other things to note Important: a cleaning deposit of €80 is to be paid IN CASH upon arrival. It will be refunded if the cleaning is done by you. No sheets/towels, but available for rent. Please let us know if you are interested at least 3 days before your arrival.
