A boutique town style villa, located in Tivoli Cheltenham sleeping up to 6 guests. Within walking distance to town, this property has two comfortable double bedrooms, sofa bed, a large open living / dining area and a private courtyard. Excellent location for anyone wanting to explore Cheltenham and The Cotswolds! Independent shops and restaurants just around in the corner in Tivoli and The Suffolks, town a stone throws away and only a short drive too many Cotswold hotspots. The space This property is excellent for family and friends wanting to explore and enjoy all Cheltenham has to offer! When you enter the property you are greeted with a country style entrance hall / boot area. The hallway takes you past the main bathroom ( located downstairs ) feature character stained glass window and into the main open plan living, dining and kitchen space. Located off the dining area is a small private courtyard with a bistro table and seating for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with an; oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine. The cupboards are fully stocked off all utensils and equipment you may need ( saucepans, baking trays and even a rice cooker! ) The lounge space is large, comfortable, quirky but cosy. Green leather chesterfields (One of which is also a sofa bed) a gallery wall, dark blue walls, warm lighting and a smart TV make the area the perfect space to relax and unwind in. A six seater farmhouse style dining table is a great spot to eat, catch up and play board games – which you can find included in the cabinet. Want to enjoy your morning coffee outside? No problem, sit in the courtyard and sip your morning caffeine outside at the bistro table. As mentioned the main bathroom is located downstairs off the entrance hall. It has a shower, basin, WC & heated towel rail. Toiletries and towels and included for all guests. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Smart TV, built in wardrobe and its own WC! Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Each bedroom has, hotel quality bedding & linens, blinds and black out curtains all making for the perfect’s night sleep. Please note whilst we welcome infants a travel cot will only fit in bedroom 1 and is bit of a squeeze. Luxury touches are included with every stay. The apartment will be equipped with all sundry items you may need for your stay e.g. Toilet rolls, tea, coffee and dishwasher tablets. Painswick Villa sleeps 4 guests as standard and can sleep up to 6 guests with the sofa bed. All beds are double beds and cannot be split into twin beds. Please note the additional guests must be selected or the sofa bed and extra bedding will not be supplied and made up. Weekly housekeeping is included in all stays over 7 days. Cleaning products are available for all guests to use. Guest access 24 hour paid parking is available just up the road in Bath Road Car Park with some limited free non permit parking located right by the property ( opposite the Jolly Brewmaster ) Only a short walk into Cheltenham Town centre and The Bath Road. Independent pubs, shops and restaurants are a stones through away from the property. On the last Sunday of each month The Suffolks Market is located just around the corner including all local store holders. Other things to note Please note the main bathroom is downstairs. For the sofa bed to be made up guests must select more than 4 guests. Damaged or missing linen/towels will be charged as follows: Towel - £10 Bed Sheet - £10 Pillow Case - £5 each Duvet Cover - £20 As a small family business it's very costly for us to replace sheets and we pride ourselves on providing the cleanest and freshet laundry for future guests.
