The Elkington family would love to welcome you to our beautiful , tranquil apartment . Ideal for traveling executives, sporting families or a weekend retreat. Well suited for out of town patients or families visiting the local hospitals. Situated opposite the Mill Park Conservancy, and walking distance to the Grey schools, it is centrally located and offers easy access to many local amenities. Our space will fill you with a sense of homeliness and comfort. The space The apartment is situated behind our main family home in a quiet one way street in Mill Park. It is WALKING distance to the Grey Schools It has private access via a side gate. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests . The price is for maximum 2 guests, with an additional guest paying R250 pppn. Electricity supply is via Solar and inverters - so you will never be without power or lights. We also use large water tanks for ininterupted water supply. There are 3 steps outside the front door. The apartment is spacious with a lounge area (that also serves as an extra sleeping area) and small kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, cutlery, toaster, 2 plate cooker , gas cooker, and a kettle. The bathroom is luxurious with a large shower, toilet and washbasin. The bathroom has a frosted glass sliding door, offering privacy from the rest of the flat. Sleeping space includes a double bed with queen size crisp white linen, an electric blanket as well as a single bed. An allocated workspace with high speed wifi is ideal for the traveling executive, or enjoy some TV with all the DSTV channels, Netflix (guest's own login) A braai pit and pool are part of the facilities shared with the owners. Guest access Parking is secure behind a large security gate. The apartment is located close to the Grey schools (walking distance), Mill Park conservancy opposite the property (lovely 3 km trails to enjoy per foot or mountain bike). Netcare Greenacres hospital and Life St George's hospital and Edge Day hospital are all within 3 km. Other things to note We have 2 x Miniature Schnauzer dogs. The dogs will mostly be kept away from guests, unless you give us your assurance of your comfortablility with them. Please ensure that all gates are closed behind you . Our property is designed to keep our guests, family and dogs safe. Please note that our dogs will bark when people pass our house whilst walking / exercising. Young kids must be supervised AT ALL TIMES as our pool has no covering. No visitors are allowed on the property - only the guests who are booked in will be allowed to access our space.
